This bill amends the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law to require the chair of the State Liquor Authority to make quarterly reports to the governor and the legislature on the authority's enforcement activities for the preceding quarter. The report must include information on the number of inspections, the conduct or complaint that resulted in such inspections, the duration of inspections, any summonses issued and fines or penalties incurred, and information on establishment closures as a result of such inspections. The reports must be made within 25 days of the end of each quarter and posted on the authority's website and the state's open data portal in a machine-readable format.
