This bill establishes the Integrated Student Supports Program and the Integrated Student Supports Fund to remove academic and non-academic barriers to learning and enhance student success in public elementary and secondary schools across Pennsylvania. The Department of Education will designate a third-party nonprofit organization to provide evidence-based community school services, and the Department may provide grants to public school entities to fund the implementation of approved strategic plans for integrated student supports. The organization will report annually on the outcomes for case-managed students, including graduation rates, attendance, behavior, and academics, and the reports will be published on the Department's website.
