This bill aims to protect pollinators by eliminating the use of harmful neonicotinoid pesticides. The bill also bans the spraying, release, or application of neonicotinoids on any property within the commonwealth, and requires that any blooming or flowering plants, plant material, or seeds treated with neonicotinoids must be clearly labeled with a description of the risks to pollinators and other non-target organisms.
