This bill aims to enhance the management of problem wildlife. It proposes to amend Section 80A of Chapter 131 of the General Laws to require any person issued a permit for wildlife management to report certain information to the Director of the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife within 30 days of the permit's expiration or extension. The required information includes the municipality where the request was made, the property owner's name and address, the authorized agent's name, the method used to alleviate the problem, the number and species of animals taken, and any other information deemed necessary by the director.
