This bill amends the General Laws of Massachusetts to make changes to the jurisdiction of the Gardner District Court. Specifically, it removes Winchendon, Ashburnham, Phillipston, Royalston, and Templeton from the list of towns served by the Winchendon District Court and adds those towns to the list of towns served by the Gardner District Court, along with the existing towns of Gardner, Hubbardston, Petersham, and Westminster.
