This bill aims to amend the General Laws of Massachusetts to provide equitable state assessments for students. The key provisions include: 1. Requiring a computer-adaptive assessment with a high ceiling and low floor to monitor individual students' mastery of learning standards in English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, with the goal of identifying students' authentic growth and learning readiness, and holding educators more accountable through this assessment. 2.
