Relative to providing municipal notices to the public of hazardous waste sites. Environment and Natural Resources.

This bill amends Section 19 of Chapter 21A to require licensed hazardous waste site cleanup professionals to provide written notification to the City or Town Clerk in the municipality where a hazardous waste site is located within 7 days of being notified by a federal or state agency of known contamination at the site.
