This bill amends Chapter 360 of the Acts of 1984 to grant the Commonwealth of Massachusetts concurrent jurisdiction over lands, waters, and buildings acquired, leased, or administratively controlled by the National Park Service within the state. Specifically, the bill inserts the word "waters" after the word "lands" in the existing law, and adds a new clause providing that concurrent jurisdiction over National Park Service properties acquired after the effective date of the act will vest in the United States when the Director of the National Park Service files a notice of such acceptance with the state governor and secretary.
