This bill establishes the Outdoor Recreation Trust Fund, which will be administered by the Massachusetts Office of Outdoor Recreation. The use of grants is prohibited for horse racing, indoor stadiums, gymnasiums, or similar structures, and for the maintenance of recreational facilities. The installation of artificial turf is also prohibited under this program.
