This bill prohibits the expansion of fossil fuel infrastructure for new construction in the town of Concord. The key provisions include: 1. No new building permits will be issued after the effective date (6 months after the town is authorized to regulate fossil fuel infrastructure) for the construction of new buildings or the installation of new on-site fossil fuel infrastructure, such as natural gas or oil piping. 2. The ban does not apply to certain exemptions, including new affordable housing, cooking stoves and ovens in restaurants or commercial kitchens, backup electrical generators, public utilities, and research laboratories or hospitals. 3.
