This bill seeks to modernize the roles and responsibilities of the Victim and Witness Assistance Board. The key provisions are: 1. Requiring the Board to provide information on victim and witness rights in the top five languages spoken at home, other than English, in printed or digital formats, and to post this information conspicuously in all courthouses and police stations. 2. Replacing the use of the masculine pronoun "him" with the gender-neutral pronoun "them" in the existing law. 3.
