This bill authorizes the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to lease certain Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) skating rinks for up to 30 years. The leases will allow the selected bidders to operate, manage, improve, repair, and maintain these state-owned skating rinks. The leases must include specific requirements, such as reservation policies, proposed rates to ensure public access, financial audits, and policies to encourage use by people of all races and nationalities. The inspector general must review and approve any request for proposals issued by the division before issuance.
