AN ACT TO REQUIRE A REPORT CONCERNING FUNDS SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS OR PROGRAMS FOR INDIVIDUALS STARTING NEW BUSINESSES OR BUSINESSES ESTABLISHED WITHIN THE PREVIOUS FIVE YEARS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
