This bill appropriates a total of $728,900 to the Idaho Public Charter School Commission for fiscal year 2024, covering the period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. * $190,100 is appropriated from the General Fund for personnel and operating costs. * $538,800 is appropriated from the Public Charter School Authorizers Fund for personnel and operating costs. * The bill also reappropriates any unexpended and unencumbered balances from the Public Charter School Authorizers Fund for fiscal year 2023 for nonrecurring expenditures during fiscal year 2024. * The Idaho Public Charter School Commission is authorized to have no more than five full-time equivalent positions unless specifically authorized by the Governor. * Funds are subject to accountability reports and management reviews, and funds intended for specific purposes may only be used for those purposes.
