AN ACT To amend an Act to continue the existence of the Atlanta Independent School System under the management and control of the Atlanta Board of Education, approved June 3, 2003 (Ga. L. 2003, p. 4154), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 6, 2013 (Ga. L. 2013, p. 4341), so as to remove limitations on qualifications for membership on said board related to working for other boards of education; to reapportion the board of education election districts; to provide for definitions and inclusions; to provide for continuation in office of current members; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
