This bill appropriates a total of $103,296,800 to the Division of Career Technical Education for fiscal year 2024. * **CTE Administration:** $2,355,000 appropriated from the General Fund and Federal Grant Fund. * **Secondary and General Programs:** $30,511,700 appropriated from the General Fund, In Demand Career Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, and Federal Grant Fund. * **Postsecondary Programs:** $60,847,900 appropriated from the General Fund, In Demand Career Fund, and Federal Grant Fund. These programs are exempt from certain limitations on transfers between expense classes. * **Educator Services Program:** $1,810,800 appropriated from the General Fund and Miscellaneous Revenue Fund. * **Related Programs:** $7,771,400 appropriated from the General Fund, Displaced Homemaker Fund, Hazardous Materials/Waste Enforcement Fund, Miscellaneous Revenue Fund, and Federal Grant Fund. All funds are subject to accountability reports and management reviews, and funds specifically identified for a certain purpose may only be used for that purpose. The act is effective on and after July 1, 2023.
