AN ACT TO CREATE LIABILITY FOR PUBLISHERS AND DISTRIBUTORS OF MATERIAL HARMFUL TO MINORS, TO PROVIDE FOR THE INVESTIGATION AND PURSUIT OF ACTIONS BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, TO PROVIDE CIVIL PENALTIES FOR FAILURE TO PERFORM AGE VERIFICATION, AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS.
