This bill amends Section 39M of Chapter 119 to add a new subsection (i) that specifies certain circumstances that will be considered abuse, neglect, and abandonment of a child by their father for the purposes of a special findings determination under subsection (b). These circumstances include the father's refusal to acknowledge the child's paternity, a finding that the child's conception was the result of sexual assault against the mother by the father, or a history of domestic violence by the father against the mother.
