This bill appropriates $10,000,000 from the Public School Income Fund to the Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Children's Programs for fiscal year 2024 to cover the fiscal impact of House Bill No. 181 for the advanced opportunities program. * $10,000,000 is appropriated from the Public School Income Fund to the Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Children's Programs for the advanced opportunities program. This funding is for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. * $10,000,000 will be transferred from the General Fund to the Public School Income Fund by the Office of the State Controller. This transfer is also for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. * The $10,000,000 appropriated to the Division of Children's Programs will be considered expended from the General Fund.
