This bill amends Delaware law to require all health benefit plans delivered or issued for Medicaid to cover services related to the termination of pregnancy. The coverage provided must not be subject to any deductible, coinsurance, copayment, or other cost-sharing requirement, and must cover the full scope of services permissible under the law. The bill also defines "carrier" and "health benefit plan" for the purposes of these coverage requirements, and includes provisions for religious employers to request an exclusion from the coverage requirement if it conflicts with their bona fide religious beliefs and practices.
