AN ACT to amend the tax law, in relation to establishing certain credits against income tax for nurses

The first credit is for registered professional nurses and licensed practical nurses who have been employed full-time (at least 30 hours per week) within the state for at least 6 months during the taxable year. The amount of this credit is $500.
