AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to protecting women sports from unfair competition

This bill amends the education law to require that interscholastic or intramural athletic teams or sports sponsored by public or private middle or high schools that are expressly designated solely for female athletes must not permit individuals who were not assigned female at birth to join or participate in such teams or sports.
