AI Summary
This bill amends Section 28 of the 1941 PA 122 law, which establishes the revenue collection duties of the Department of Treasury. The key provisions of this bill include:
1. Allowing the state treasurer or a designated person to disclose information related to the donor registry program to the organizations described in Section 474 of the Income Tax Act of 1967 for the administration of the donor registry program.
2. Requiring a tie bar with House Bill 4362 and House Bill 4363, meaning this bill will only take effect if those two bills are also enacted.
