AI Summary

This bill amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to define "unenrolled elector" as a registered voter who has not selected a political party affiliation. It allows unenrolled electors to vote in primary elections by selecting the party ballot of their choice, without being permanently affiliated with that party. The bill also removes the requirement for electors to be enrolled in a party to vote in its primary or hold party offices. Additionally, it provides procedures for county election boards to facilitate unenrolled electors' participation in primary elections, including providing guidance, training poll workers, and modifying absentee and mail-in ballots. The bill applies to the next municipal or general primary election held at least 180 days after its effective date.
