This Resolution formally congratulates Fred Grampp on being named a 2023 80 Over Eighty Honoree by Family Eldercare, an organization that celebrates individuals over 80 in Central Texas for their diverse experiences and contributions. The resolution highlights Mr. Grampp's extensive volunteer work and service, including his involvement with the Kiwanis Club, Feeding America's BackPack Program, the Austin Baptist Chapel Angel House Soup Kitchen, PBS, 4-H, and his role in starting the local Blue Santa gift donation program. It also recognizes his nearly four decades of dedication to Hill Country Community Ministries (HCCM), a nonprofit assisting those in need, where he previously served as president of the Board of Directors and helped establish their thrift store, and where he continues to volunteer with the food pantry and donation pickups.
