AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to enacting the monarch preservation plan

This bill enacts the "Monarch Preservation Plan" that requires the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) to take feasible actions to conserve monarch butterflies and the unique habitats they depend on for their successful migration.
