This bill authorizes the sale of pipe tobacco and premium cigars to consumers in the State through remote retail sales transactions. It establishes licensing requirements for remote retail sellers and requirements for the payment of tax on pipe tobacco and premium cigars sold through remote retail sales. The bill also makes changes to existing law to allow for the delivery of these tobacco products to consumers in the State and to authorize consumers to accept delivery of these products.
