A bill to require the Director of the Office of Personnel Management to establish, or otherwise ensure the provision of, a training program on artificial intelligence for Federal management officials and supervisors, and for other purposes.

This bill, called the Artificial Intelligence Leadership Training Act or the AI Leadership Training Act, requires the Director of the Office of Personnel Management to establish or ensure the provision of a training program on artificial intelligence (AI) for federal management officials, supervisors, and other designated employees. The program aims to ensure that covered employees have knowledge about the capabilities and risks of AI, safety and ethical issues, federal government requirements and best practices, and other matters related to AI development and use within the government.
