AN ACT to amend the veterans' services law, in relation to the veterans employment task force

This bill establishes a Veterans Employment Task Force within the Department of Veterans' Services. The task force will consist of 13 members, including state officials and representatives from the private sector, appointed by the Governor, legislative leaders, and others. The task force will hold public hearings, review current programs and initiatives, and make recommendations every two years on new methods and programs to assist veterans in finding and maintaining meaningful employment.
