Requiring the Secretary of Defense to submit a report assessing the domestic source content of procurements related to major defense acquisition programs and to establish an information repository for collecting and analyzing data on domestic source content for critical products. 2. Establishing an enhanced domestic content requirement, where manufactured articles, materials, or supplies procured for major defense acquisition programs must have at least 60% domestic content by 2023, increasing to 65% from 2024 to 2028, and 75% from 2029 onwards. Applying these requirements to contracts entered into on or after the enactment of the bill, while exempting countries that are members of the national technology and industrial base.
