Establishes that evidence obtained from an unlawful stop based on a person's protected status (e.g., race, national origin) is inadmissible in criminal proceedings against that person or anyone else affected by the stop. 4. Requires the Division of Criminal Justice Services to make the traffic stop data publicly available online. The bill aims to limit the frequency of traffic stops for minor violations and address concerns about discriminatory enforcement practices.
