This bill amends the Public Health Law and the Social Services Law to establish a minimum Medicaid reimbursement rate for private duty nursing services provided by licensed home care services agencies and managed care organizations. The bill requires that the reimbursement rate for these services be at least equal to the fee-for-service rate calculated under the Public Health Law and in effect at the time the services were provided.
