AI Summary
This bill amends the Michigan Election Law to expand the definition of "identification for election purposes" to include additional forms of government-issued photo identification, such as a current state government-issued photo ID, a current U.S. passport, a current military photo ID, a current tribal photo ID, and a current student photo ID issued by an educational institution. The bill ties its enactment to the passage of Senate Bill 367, indicating that this amendment will only take effect if that related bill becomes law.
