This bill establishes the Pennsylvania Energy and Water Efficiency Standards Act, which sets minimum energy and water efficiency standards for certain products sold or installed in the Commonwealth, such as commercial dishwashers, fryers, hot-food holding cabinets, ovens, steam cookers, faucets, gas fireplaces, fluorescent lamps, portable electric spas, ventilating fans, showerheads, spray sprinkler bodies, urinals, and water closets.
