This bill, known as the Air Traffic Control Workforce Transparency Act, amends the existing air traffic controller staffing report requirements. Specifically, it requires the report to include the current certified professional controller staffing levels, the Collaborative Resource Workgroup (CRWG) operational staffing targets for certified professional controllers, the anticipated certified professional controller attrition for the next three years, and the number of trainees at each air traffic control facility operated by the Federal Aviation Administration. The amendments made by this bill take effect on the date of enactment and apply to reports submitted after that date.
