This bill makes several changes to the Delaware Code related to manufactured housing and tenants' receivership petitions. It amends Title 25 to deem a pattern or practice of landlord violations of certain provisions as an unlawful practice under the Delaware Consumer Fraud Act. It also amends Title 25 to allow the Attorney General to intervene in tenants' receivership actions. Additionally, it adds a new section to Title 10 requiring Justice of the Peace Courts to notify the Director of Consumer Protection at the Department of Justice when a tenants' receivership petition is filed, except when the petition is filed by the Attorney General.
