The FCC must publish a list of entities that hold FCC-issued authorizations, licenses, or grants of authority and are owned by the governments of China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, or Venezuela, or entities organized under the laws of those countries or subject to their jurisdiction. 2.
