Of this amount, $373,096,000 will remain available until September 30, 2028, and $507,904,000 will remain available until expended. * **Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Construction, Minor Projects:** $680,000,000 for constructing, altering, extending, and improving VA facilities where the estimated cost is equal to or less than the amount set forth in section 8104(a)(3)(A) of title 38, United States Code. Of this amount, $612,000,000 will remain available until September 30, 2028, and $68,000,000 will remain available until expended. * **Military Construction:** Additional amounts are provided for various military construction accounts, including Army, Navy and Marine Corps, Air Force, Defense-Wide, Army National Guard, Air National Guard, and Army Reserve.
