This bill amends Section 94 of Chapter 221 of the General Laws to change the salaries of the second and third assistant clerks of the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County. Specifically, the bill increases the salary of the second assistant clerk to 85.88% of the clerk's salary and maintains the salary of the third assistant clerk at 82.50% of the clerk's salary. These salaries are to be paid by the Commonwealth, subject to appropriation.
