A BILL Making appropriations for the Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes.

Provides a set-aside for historically disadvantaged communities or areas of persistent poverty under the National Infrastructure Investments program for fiscal year 2024. Allows the Secretary to transfer certain funds awarded to Federally recognized Tribes to the Office of Tribal Government Affairs.
