AI Summary

This bill modifies the paid family and medical leave program in Massachusetts. It amends the existing law to include that any accrued sick or vacation pay or other paid leave provided under an employer policy, including through a collective bargaining agreement, can be used in conjunction with the paid family and medical leave program. This change allows employees to utilize their existing paid leave benefits in addition to the state's paid family and medical leave program.
