The key provisions are: (1) a person shall not make any unlawful entry onto premises; (2) if entry is permitted by law, the person shall not enter with force but only in a peaceable manner; and (3) if the occupant obtained possession of the premises through forcible entry, holds possession by force, or entered without legal right, the owner or lessor may enter the premises without the requirement of a peaceable entry.
