It also prohibits air carriers, public transit operators, and educational institutions from refusing transportation or access to services based on an individual's refusal to wear a mask during this period. The bill overrides any inconsistent federal, state, tribal, territorial, or local laws, declarations, guidance, or directives related to mask mandates.
