This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to clarify that distributions from Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) can be used to pay for qualified long-term care services, as defined in Section 7702B(c) of the Code. The amendment applies to amounts paid after the date of the bill's enactment, and does not create any inference regarding amounts paid on or before that date.
