This bill amends Pennsylvania's Consolidated Statutes to further provide for the enforcement of foreign judgments, with the exception that courts in Pennsylvania shall not have the authority to enforce or satisfy a foreign judgment upon a judgment creditor for any matter involving the provision or delivery of reproductive health care services. The term "reproductive health care services" is defined to include medical, surgical, counseling, or referral services relating to pregnancy, contraception, or the termination of a pregnancy, provided in any hospital, clinic, physician's office, or other medical facility.
