This bill, the Mountain View Corridor Completion Act, requires the Secretary of the Interior to convey approximately 200.18 acres of land under the administrative jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management within the boundaries of Camp Williams, Utah, to the State of Utah. The State must pay the fair market value of the land, as determined by an appraisal process. The conveyance is subject to valid existing rights and an executive order that previously applied to the land will no longer apply. The Secretary and the State can correct minor errors in the map or legal description of the land. If the State sells, attempts to sell, or uses the land for non-transportation or non-defense purposes, the land will revert to the Secretary, after providing notice and opportunity for the State to correct any issues or for the public to comment.
