This bill amends Massachusetts state law to require certain large employers to submit detailed workforce demographic and pay data reports to the state secretary's office on an annual or biennial basis. The bill also requires the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development to publish aggregate wage data reports based on the submitted data, separated by industry. The bill additionally mandates that employers disclose pay ranges for job postings and provide that information to current employees upon request. The bill grants the Attorney General's office exclusive authority to enforce these new requirements.
