This bill amends Pennsylvania's Judiciary and Judicial Procedure law to further provide for the enforcement of foreign judgments. The key provisions are: (1) Allowing foreign judgments to be filed in the office of the clerk of any court of common pleas in Pennsylvania, which will treat the foreign judgment the same as a Pennsylvania court judgment, subject to the same procedures and defenses. (2) Prohibiting Pennsylvania courts from enforcing or satisfying foreign judgments that involve the provision or delivery of reproductive health care services. The term "reproductive health care services" is defined to include medical, surgical, counseling, or referral services related to pregnancy, contraception, or termination of pregnancy, provided in any medical facility.
