This bill amends Title 63 (Professions and Occupations (State Licensed)) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to prohibit the disqualification from licensure or discipline of any person by a licensing board or commission due to the provision of reproductive health care services, including services related to pregnancy, contraception, or the termination of pregnancy. The bill also stipulates that consequences of a judgment, discipline, or other sanction imposed under the laws of another state for assisting in the provision of reproductive health care services that would have been lawful and consistent with standards for good professional practice in Pennsylvania cannot be the basis for disqualification or discipline.
