The bill also clarifies that each individual violation can result in a fine of up to $5,000 if the person knew or should have known they were violating the code, with a total fine not exceeding $50,000. Additionally, the director can suspend, limit, or revoke a person's license for violations, and can apply to the court for an injunction against further violations.
